Yelloweye is a bright orange rockfish that  is abundant in the deep waters off the coast of Alaska.  It has a sweet, white, flaky meat that truly makes it a fisherman's favorite.  Yelloweye absorbes marinades, wood smoke and other flavors beautifully.  It is also a fine choice for fish tacos. 

Your five pound order will be made up of individually packaged, approximately half-pound portioned fillets.
