Caught in the pristine waters of the Gulf of Alaska, our coho is filleted, brined and carefully smoked.  A salty, caramel flavor accompanies the rich natural oils of the fish.  It can be eaten as a snack or as part of a tasty entrée. 

Your one pound order will be made up of five to seven smoked strips put together in two approx. half pound packages.

There is a 2 share maximum of smoked salmon per order.
